  : Location is good, tha apartment os spacious
  : We have chosen this apartment because we liked how it looked like, and also because of private parking (street parking is problematic in Belgrad). But we were hugely disappointed on both points. 1) Some of the photos on Booking.com -- the most beautiful ones -- are from a different property; none of the 3 rooms offered by Prima Apartamani has such nice furniture. 2) Parking garage has a very narrow and curvy entrance. Unless your car is small and you are an expert driver, there is a great risk to scratch the car (there are many scratch marks from unfortunate cars on the walls). The host suggest that I park on the street, but in this area non-residents are allowed to park only for 4 hours. I had to park my car in a big public parking 700m away. It cost me 12 Euro per day -- almost 25% of the apartment price. I would never book this property if I new in advance that "private parking" can't be used, and the nice photos are just a bait to attract more clients and don't show real rooms. Also, the procedure of handling the keys needs improvement. Upon arrival we were met by a neighbor who did not speak English and could not explain us about parking. When we departed, we had to wait until the cleaning lady comes. To sum up: I suggest that the host modify the description of the property to make it more in line with reality. Deceiptive advertisement is not a good business practice; honesty is the best policy.

  : The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, and it wasn't noisy or somehow uncomfortable. If was easy to get the keys, the owner's contact came to pick the money afterwards. ~10 minutes walk to Tasmajdan
  : Not all of the bubble bath functions were working, and some of the switches in the room did nothing, but overall everything was fine.

  : The kitchen had few utensils, the refrigerator was not working at the bottom, it would be good to have a coffee machine.

  : The room is standard but perfectly fine for short staying. The private parking is a huge plus, but be prepared that is challanging to park there if you have a big car.
  : The whole room smelled like cigarette and it was a bit cold inside even if the heating system was in the maximum. It was a bit far from the city centre by walk, but the public transport works well and its cheap.
