  : No breakfast was provided. The hall was very musty and damp. The door did not close on our room. Staff was never around.

  : The lady at the desk with red hair was very kind. Other than that NOTHING.
  : Well upon walking in there were zero cars in the parking lot which is never a good sign. As we made it further along we stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the lady was taking a call about a reservation. After this we head to our room no one to show us where stairs or elevators were the carpets were dirty and it felt gross. We then entered the room where we were pleasantly greeted by a DIRTY white bedspread as well as bed bugs smashed into the walls. We immediately left the room asked for a refund the lady at the desk says she cant process them and there would be a manager in the morning and that she didnt know anything about bed bugs because they werent known for that which who would want to be???? Anyways AWFUL manager called me Friday morning to tell me that he refunded my card and then there was a 3rd charge on my credit card one charge from checking the refunded amount and another charge for the same amount. I said i would be there in the morning tomorrow as i had a wedding that day. I go to the hotel the manager proceeds to talk over and RUDELY accuse my friend of being stupid, yelled the entire time and basically laughed in our faces when we said my card was charged AGAIN for a place that i left 2 minutes into arriving in the hotel room. Needless to say no one should ever stay here and this hotel needs to be closed down.
