  : Downtown location
  : Noisy neighborhood with a lot of traffic. Very, very outdated facilities and furniture. The apartment door didn't close properly. The kitchen and dormitory it's all in one room. The kitchen facilities outdated, dirty and sticky. Bad ventilated. Wondow shades not working. No parking on the spot. We found a paid parking on the street nearby.

  : Filthy, dirty, unhygienic and risky!!!!I booked this apartment earlier this year for couple of nights to make a quick visit to Milan( after spending time in Lake Como) before travelling back to London from Bergamo airport. On arrival On arrival, I felt so embarrassed in front of my family as clearly this property is not meant for them! The pictures are nowhere close to what it is in reality. In terms of specifics- The bath room was full of moulds and it appeared that it has not been cleaned for months. Even basics like cups were not clean, kettle not having lid making it risky to human life., utensils were dusty and dirty. Above all, there was no lock or latch on the bathroom door making it unsuitable for families.I am surprised that a platform like booking.com has no quality control around including properties like these. The whole property needs deep cleaning of bathroom, replacement and/or cleaning of kitchen appliances and accessories and better beds to offer a good night sleep. The main thing is the attitude of the property owner who doesnt think that basic hygiene is a necessity.

  : Center location. Modern vibe but the furniture needs repairs. Close to everything you would need in Bergamo center.
  : You can hear everything from outside. The big windows are cool but dont isolate the noise from the main street at all. The modern furniture needs repairing, as clearly some guests have ruined it.
