: The location of the apartments near the funicular leading to the Citta Alta is very convenient. The system for registering and getting into the room is made in the form of good instructions in writing and video
: The self check-in system is well described, but quite complex. there was only 1 electronic key in a 3-bed room. There were many different forms to fill out for each guest. The room was a little smaller in size than expected.

: Nice apartment. Not far from the airport (need to take a bus though). However, it's really convenient to get to the old city from the apartment. Cool bathtub and overall design is good.
: It's not really a minus of apartment, but the owners put warnings everywhere. So, it's like, don't throw anything to the toilet, you will be fined, don't forget to return key or you will be fined and so on. Literally every piece of apartment had a warning on it. Also, the attitude. We booked the apartment and get a message after some time. Something like "you need a phone number that works in Italy, otherwise you should cancel the reservation". We had phone number that works in Italy, but the attitude... Again, it doesn't make apartment bad, but kind affects the mood in general.

: All mod cons, nice extra touches such as plenty of coffee and biscuits and water bottles. Comfortable beds and Leila was very friendly and available via email if not always there in person. Self check-in was easy.
: Very minor thing was a green light fromSmoke alarm that was a little annoying when trying to drift off to sleep. Reception only staffed at very limited times.
