  : Apartment itself is very spacious, windows have a good view, there are terraces. Bed is quite comfy. there is a coffee machine and capsules (coffee is great). Also I liked the location. Heating works so it was warm to sleep.
  : it was the worst check in experience I've ever had. instruction wasn't full and clear enough. after about 1hr trying to check in alone with a suitcase a decided to ask help on a hotline - surprise - nobody responded, so the support here is just a lie. apartment itself is quite nice: spacious and nice view, but everything inside including furniture and other stuff are the cheapest things from Ikea. ofc I didn't expect luxury designed flat there, neither I don't think it is respectful to a customer to keep old cheap and sometimes broken stuff for renting out. Also there is a problem with electricity - main light in the living room doesn't work at all, and lights in the bathroom were blinking sometimes. A church near the building starts belling every morning, so be ready to wake up together (7 or 8 a.m.)). laundry dryer is broken. Wi-Fi is poor. once I got the door bell in the evening and got scary, so since that I haven't felt in safety in that apartment.

  : The location was perfect. It was close to tram and bus stations. The park across the street was great with a lake, many many trees and lots of kids playground. It took only 7 minutes leaving the flat and reaching to ALDI, the super market. Alexanderplatz was 3 stations away, we really enjoyed the tram trips. The flat was equipped with enough and qualified kitchen ware. Netflix is a also a plus. The window black-outs were robust and good working. The bathroom was large enough. We liked the flat it was okay for a family stay.
  : The house was clean but not very clean if you are a neat person. I wished the wardrobe, the dresser, the chandeliers were not dusty. The hairdryer was not working in the bathroom. Then we tried it on other room plugs first it worked but then started blowing cool air. I texted the property via booking mesagging they said a new hairdryer will be brought but nothing arrived unfortunately. One day I went downstairs and borrowed the hairdryer of a neighbour for 5 minutes to dry my kid's hair.

  : The property location was good, with easy acces to trams The adjacent park was very nice Supermarlet and restaurants are close by
  : Finding the key lock wasa problem as the instructionsw ere very poor. Instructions should indicate that you walk along the pathway adjacent to the driveway to the underground car park. Then look for the key lock on the railing by the garden gate( and there are more than one which is confusing. ). Then use that key to open the back gate and the door and into the building. Then take the elevator and use the other key to open the apartment door The other issue was that the apartment does get hot in the summer. We recognise this might be an issue. The fan was helpful but air-conditioning would be a major advantage.

  : Easy to find and access. Communication with host was fast and efficient. Nice view and good amenities (salt was added bonus when preparing some food). No noise, grocery stores, bakery and park just nearby.
  : Balconies were narrow (nothing you can really do about those). Water heater maybe a little rusty, there seemed to be small flakes when boiling water.

  : The apartment is very dark at night, it needs better light. The lockbox to obtain the key was unmarked and not easy to find. The sofa bed does not work very well.
