  : Bed was good.
  : No working plugs, only one in the entire apartment between 4 people.No WiFi - lied to. Said it worked and it didn't.Shower absolutely miniscule.Room not clean - old bottles and crisp packets hidden in the corner behind the cupboard.

  : So I had travelled all the way from England. Specifically asked in advance for a double bed,. Specifically a double. I had a response saying that’s fine. When I got there j was told there was no double beds and they pushed two singles together. Throughout the nights. They came apart. Constantly on the floor. I complained about this to staff. Nothing. They don’t have a double bed free. I have a video of how uncomfortable this was. The headboard was also rock solid and we only had two pillows. We asked for more at reception twice. We never got any. I have a picture of the head board The room was way too hot. Complained and asked 3 times at reception they said the person was not available to look at it but would send someone. Nothing.We asked for clean towels and to tidy our rooom twice. Still didn’t get any clean towels for a couple days. They said they’d bring them when someone was available. We asked for toilet roll. Same situation with the towels.The staff were rude and short and didn’t make any effort to apologise.I was severely disappointed as the room was tiny and messy and dirty .The room was on the ground floor next to a busy train station and railway. Which would have been fine but because it was so hot and the air con was broke/nobody came to fix it after multiple times asking. We had to keep the window open the whole time and the train ran all night, along with football fans shouting and screaming. This would have been any if the room was a good temperature and didn’t have to open the window. I have a video of this.There was smears and smudges of sticky stuff all over the room. I have a photo of this.I CAME ALL THE WAY FROM ENGLAND and paid £400 for this?!?? Not to mention my flights, I only came because j thought j had booked a good hotel, I expect a full refund! I don’t wamt to post pictures and bad reviews on websites but I am afraid I will have to if we can’t come to an agreement here
