  : AC water suddenly started flooding inside room, the bed was wet, but they gave us another room. Not super clean bathroom, could see hair strands on shower area.

  : The property was not clean - the bathroom in particular had not been cleaned at all and when pointed out to the staff all they did was empty the bin.

  : The location is perfect. Close to the beach and nearest Supermarket. The restaurants are just around the corner and the dolmu passes by in the same street. Mustafa and his wife are always there for a chat and they are very friendly. The apartment was small but had everything I needed. The garden is beautiful and beeing kept clean. There is a big pool and a small one for the little children. For me personally not neccesary but Mustafa desinfected my luggage and key upon arrival.
  : The cleanlyness could be a little better in the apartment. Don't expect the bar to be open. But you are free to take your drinks and food from outside.

  : As this was not our first stay here we knew what to expect and werent disappointed. The gardens and the swimming pool were fabulous and spotless as was the bar and seating area. Our lovely host and his family made us feel welcome from the start and was happy to show us everything about our apartment. The apartment was roomy and the beds comfortable and the linen and towels clean and crisp. The kitchen was equipped well enough for our stay and the type of meals we cooked. The air conditioning units were efficient and the TV worked well and hand soap and a hair dryer were supplied. There were two balconies in the apartment; the smaller overlooking the pool and gardens was great for our morning cuppa and the larger was perfect for eating outside. There was a third seating/eating area in the gardens which we could have used too. Parking was available though limited but our host made sure we had a space. A short walk from the apartment were restaurants and the beach and a regular bus service is nearby for Bodrum.
  : Some of the decor was tired and needed updating and we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the internet which was often unavailable.
