  : It was a lovey hotel, the food was really nice. The location was good.

  : We only liked the trees. Honestly speaking the rest are disappointing
  : These are the things we didnt like:1- Lack of privacy inside the rooms( which u can hear other people walking outside, talking, or having sex!2- the bed mattress are really not comfortable at all. I got pain from it.3- The room facility are very basic, and they are using very old towels, sheets, etc.4- it is normal to see dogs everywhere even in from of ur room. And at night, the dogs are parking inside the hotel.5- Coming to the food, several times we saw hair inside the food, later we noticed the chef and the assistants are not wearing any gloves or hat, or any cooking clothes. The funny thing, the manager of the kitchen is a mid-age man who comes every day and taste the food from the guest big dish by his hand without using fork.6- the food quality and variety are very low.7- the beach is very dirty, and we couldnt swim and enjoy the sun properly.8- I complain to the receptionist about my neighbour because he was turning on the dj very loud on his room at 3am and they did nothing to him, and we couldnt sleep that night.9- The staff dont treat you as you are a valued guests rather like you are in the school. And if you pay them extra tips, they will serve you much better.10- The first day of our arrivals we were 4 couple, and the keep us waiting for more than 2 hours at midnight because of the system is down, and we were waiting in the reception where there is no AC.11- On their advertising they never mentioned theres a certain times for the meals, which is not available 24h, so get urself prepared and go early for lunch and dinner because at the first 15min it will be finished and its not renewed.Sorry for taking so long, but in summery the is the worst ever not worthy experience I have ever had in my life. I regret the money that I spend as well as the leave that I took.

  : The location is very close to the beach. Price is reasonable.
  : Very poor maintenance, especially the washrooms. Also, washrooms are not clean. No safe to keep personal belongings. No elevators. Food is very bad. If the management invests some amounts in the maintenance and cleanness, the hotel can be fantastic, but it's very clear that the management is not willing to do so.

  : The location of the hotel is really near to the beach. We had the best rooms with a view of the pool and the sea. In the hotel room the air-conditioning works perfectly. The cleaning staff changed the towels every day. The relationship manager Ali and the staff was very helpful.
  : The hotel room facilities are very old and in need of immediate renovation. The TV cable was hanging out of the wall, so the TV did not work. There was no air conditioning in the dining room, so it was hot and smelled of food. There were a lot of flies on the cheese and yoghurt. The beach was rarely cleaned, so there were several days' worth of leftovers in the sand. The 'all-inclusive' bar had only beer (like), raki and vodka (dislike), no other alcoholic drinks.

  : Rooms are not the same with pictures. First day they tried to give us very bad room which's window opening to hotels coridor. Rooms had very bad smell. We were all inclusive but they have a lot of rules such as : bar giving coctails only between 15:00-17:00, 21:00-23:00. House keeping only cleans floor and gives new towels they not change bed cover. Bars cups are not clean. Bar only gives vodka,gin,beer,white wine and tonics. Just location is good .

  : Poor customer service from reception on arrival and ongoing when asked for assistance and advise. Bad food , no taste or flavour, limited options.Limited drinking options of those supposed available options being unavailable. The young men were not approachable and often looked tired and over worked! Rooms not well cleaned . On checkout asked for luggage to be brought down due to number of stairs and taxi ordered. the receptionist was not very accomodating in having our luggage brought down. Our taxi had to wait 10mins at our cost, so not happy.
