  : The apartment was only a five minute walk from the main promenade which was fantastic as we have small children so it wasn't too far to walk.
  : The sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable to sleep in.

  : Good location, big apartment
  : Not accessible (as stated) made sure to check for this as I was travelling with twins, there were no lifts so I had to carry 2 car seats up several flights of stairs, the fire exit which we were told we could use as quicker access to the car was down a tight hall way that was cluttered with high chairs, a hoover and other rubbish making it difficult to get through ( not great if there was a fire), sofa seats kept slipping forward as they were a sofa bed this made the sofa very uncomfortable, if you leave the premises (car park) which is down a very tight alley way through a tiny gate which I was very surprised I didnt knock my wing mirrors on, you have to ring for someone to let you back in, I sat in my car for 30 minutes with 2 babies it was dark and there were dodgy people hanging around, waiting for someone to come with a key and open the gate to let me in, there needs to be somewhere you can just collect a key on site for this, sweets in vending machine 6 months out of date.

  : The property was very nice and to my standards the only issue was is the 100 pound refund still havent received it I contacted the back as yous said to and they said nothing had been sent to them

  : A cold weekend The heater in one bedroom didn't work It was fixed immediately and a blow heater was provided so we did not feel the cold.
  : It could do with better lighting in the kitchen, and as there is loads of space, a table would be so useful in there.

  : Had to wait in rain for someone to let us in for 30 mins, car park gate had no key in box so car was locked in most most times, shocking customer service awful

  : Shower screen needs updated kept leaking on floor Stains on carpet.Unsure if place had been cleaned as found various items from previous people
