  : The staff are lovely...The rooms definitely need cleaned better..The breakfast is okay...But could be better

  : The staff were lovely.. & the breakfast was very lovely... very nice ... 5 star to the cook rooms were lovely & comfortable no fault there
  : The only down side I could only think off was .. not enough ppl there when the Entertainment was on ... .. that is all

  : Location was great for our event at winter gardens. Breakfast nice and as much or as little as you wanted.
  : Bathroom was a worn. Shower curtain dirty and few bits of mould on the tiles. Whole hotel needs a refresh really.

  : Near centre ,so close to everything ideally situated, close to train station would stay again.Personally would like a better room Next time I probably pay the extra.
  : Blackpool on the whole was great but a lot of hotels have hit hard times after covid and lacking some tlc our hotel was ok in most places carpet in our room needed replacing but we were offered an upgrade for our stay so wouldn't complain about it.Could of done with fried eggs at breakfast but I'm sure they would of made some if we had asked instead of scrambled.On the whole cheap ok hotel for people on a tight budget plus entertainment was ideal for coach party guest that couldn't or didn't want to go far in the evening as Blackpool isn't the safest place to be out in late at night.Do like more of a 8 or 9 out of ten hotel but for me an ok 7 this time .

  : Good location. Staff excellent and very friendly. Great entertainment in the evening . Never no trouble to help and provide tea coffee etc for the room
  : It was cold as the weather wasnt too good windy and raining . But they put the heating which was great

  : Location was very good, for if you want to be near to the blackpool Tower and the kids lights during the illustrations Great that we could bring our dog as well Room was comfortable and clean Breakfast was nice
  : Couldn't park in the hotel carpark as there was no room left so my partner wasn't happy about having to put car in a public place and pay for the whole weekend Then found how much it was to park in the hotel car park and it wasn't much cheaper Halls smelled of fag smoke even though your not allowed to smoke in the hotelGeneral noise wasn't too bad,had one room playing music very loud but it was during the day and the normal banging of doors etc Room could be just alittle bigger for a family room

  : As if come for my birthday Id requested earlier check in and was told Id been upgraded to a sea view room. Room wasnt ready and upon arriving at the room none of the bins had been emptied. The room was above the main entrance so couldnt see the sea
