: 30 minute walk to marina or 100tl in taxi which hotel called for us. Nice room with a large bed & pool view. Staff were friendly & helpful.
: We ordered 2 cocktails from the hotel bar & sent them back as tasted like watered down squash. On checkout, the cocktails had not been cancelled on our bill but the hotel did not charge us after we explained we had returned them.

: 1- Helpful staff especially the tall bold guy in the entrance ( the concierge) and always smiling. 2- Available free private parking near to the entrance (but sometimes full) and you can park at the Main Street in front at your own risk as its a busy road and someone might hit the car. 3- nearby grocery shop opened until late at night in case you need beverages , snacks groceries. 4- D330 the main highway road in bodrum is around 200 meters away and some restaurant are about 150 meters walk. 5- Quite area especially at night no noise. 6- it has the chalet resort theme as every 3-4 rooms are in separate units. 7- Rooms are with balcony. 8- There is Qibla direction near the bed in the drawers(for Muslims). 9- Quick check in/out.
: 1- You need a car to go to the beach especially in hot weather as its not nearby and the street sometimes quite busy to walk through. 2- for relaxation as pool, spa and gym size is acceptable not that big. 3- espresso in the breakfast is at extra cost! 4- no lift you should use the stairs to first floor. 5- toilet size is small and shower sink doesnt flush water quickly. 6- No beach nearby. 7- they should reconsider lowers prices.

: Beautifully kept and the pool area quiet and staff v attentive. The spa was fab and my friend said her massage was one of the best (she has had many in her time) Restaurant food was delicious too.... Overall....a real gem! Bora, the pool waiter was v sweet too... We will most definitely return!
: Our shower room had no ventilation and the extractor fan didn't seem to be functioning.... That said, it wasn't terribly important to us as everything else exceeded our expectations

: Breakfast was great and the pool is wonderful.
: The worst experience we had was from the night staff at the reception. They could not speak English and although they smiled it was obvious they did not know what to do. During the day, the Manager was excellent, intelligent and extremely helpful. Unfortunately most of my family arrived late evening!!
