  : The sea was beautiful
  : The new Manager has a big job on his hands to get this hotel back into shape. On arrival they ask you for your credit card so full payment is taken. Thats the very first thing they ask of you. The most unwelcoming treatment, and this carried on throughout. There were only three staff who were charming and gave good service. The lady sommelier was incredibly rude and would have only been charming if I had ordered a hugely expensive bottle. The drinks list is extremely expensive, cheapest bottle of wine is 120 and aperol spritz 26! We paid a little over 1000 per night, room was standard and in 8 nights our beds were turned down twice. The lack of hospitality and service runs all the way through, staff very rarely greet you. The were too many things that went wrong for me to list. I was not the only guest complaining. The Manager was eventually told by a member of his beach staff that we were unhappy and his guest relations lady Maria never bothered to let him know that I had emailed on the second day to speak with him but he was good enough to send a bottle of wine and apology card to the room which my daughter and I appreciated. The hotel has lost the opportunity of our return, thats surely speaks for itself.

  : I am disappointed regarding the breakfast experience during my recent stay at your hotel. As a guest who values a satisfying morning meal, I regret to inform you that the quality and variety of the breakfast offered fell far below my expectations.
  : Firstly, the food options provided in the breakfast spread were limited and lacked diversity. Only a few basic items were available, and the lack of variety made it challenging for guests to find suitable choices based on their dietary preferences and restrictions. Additionally, the freshness and presentation of the food were subpar, leaving much to be desired. Moreover, the overall taste and quality of the dishes were disappointing. The hot items were lukewarm at best and lacked flavor. The bread and pastries seemed stale and unappetizing. It was evident that attention to detail and culinary expertise were lacking in the preparation and execution of the breakfast offerings.

  : The staff were generally helpful and solution oriented and closer to Bitez if you want to hangout outside.
  : Its not a good hotel for a family to stay. They have Buddha bar with loud music until 2 AM and they also have other reservations like weddings or birthday parties, due to the architecture of the hotel music from all those are almost like all of it is happening in your room. Its not like one place makes a loud music, its mix of loud music from different places which is like a torture.For this price range and the word Luxury in their name you would expect everything from breakfast to design of the rooms to be much better, but its not the case. Even 3 star hotels in bodrum has better room design inside than this hotel. Its also not so clean, there were ants everywhere in the balcony, they should sort it out.Another point I would like to mention is the crazy prices for the alcoholic drinks. An Aperol Spritz was 25, a glass of wine was 20-30. Since we were not happy with the prices and the food from the restaurants, we took cab and had all of our dinners in the most luxurious places of Bitez and I was shocked to notice that a bottle of wine which I was charged 100 for is actually 40 even at the most expensive restaurant of Bitez. This is outright a ripoff and it doesnt make sense.The breakfast was included but the selection in the breakfast and the freshness of cheeses etc wasnt great. I would expect much better from a hotel at this price range.Since the water was cold we wanted to spend most of our time by the pool which had a nice, relaxing ambiance but of course they had something to ruin it. They had a shop just behind the pool and they had dance music all day long that leaks outside of their store and gets mixed with the relaxing music by the pool. When I ask them to turn it down they get annoyed, answer rudely and turn the volume down by 1, which didnt help.
