  : There was nothing to love about our stay other than the city itself, which is best enjoyed in one of the various other hotels or rental apartments around the city. This rental features uncaring hosts that don't give a damn after you've paid them, and they will lie to booking about your stay, and will not in any way, shape, or form offer your any refunds, despite not having delivered any of the things they promise through their pictures and their texts... Please do go to Bologna, but whatever you do, you should not stay here.
  : This was the single worst vacation rental we've ever experienced. We arrived to an apartment that has clearly not been cleaned in a while. The dust was layered on the floor and on the glass table. So much so that it was visible on our socks just from walking around.It didn't look like the pictures at all. All the little nice touches with plants and cozy details were nowhere to be seen. There were broken chairs in the corner, old crumbs beneath the toaster on the shelf, holes in a wall, filth on the wall in the bedroom, an abundance of spiderwebs on the terrace, which also featured uncleaned and nasty-looking chairs. The bathroom was dusty as well, which didn't seem assuring in regards to it having been cleaned properly.. When looking at the toilet brush, that definitely hadn't been cleaned and the container was... well, you might imagine what it was full of... More of the furniture in the 'living room' was either broken or nearly there, and inside the sofa-bed, we found a dirty sock that had been left over from a previous stay. Oh, and there was no brush for dishwashing, so either we'd have to buy one ourselves, or wash dishes with our bare hands..We also weren't briefed about trash during our stay, and only found out from one of the residents in the building that we'd need a special card to access the trash cans out on the streets... Suffice to say, that this had not been provided to us.The shower had beginning black mold (or some similar fungal growth), and the beds were very hard and fairly uncomfortable.The AC also didn't work properly, running on a very cold setting or not at all, which wasn't very comfortable since it was very hot outside, and we just wanted a normal temperature.Also, the hosts promised to fix things, but never did. Then they lied to booking, saying we didnt contact them during the stay. We have the pictures though. Cleaning never arrived during our stay.

  : Daniel was a great introduction to the rainbow house. And the location is as good as it could get.
  : General maintenance and cleaning could be better. Shower did not drain at all and the reentry door handle was missing from the patio so that we were locked out for more than an hour and held captive on the interior patio. This may have been a disaster were not that we had a telephone with us on the patio. Lights over the stove were non-functional and things like a spatula and wine glasses we're missing from our kitchen inventory. Also, the sleeping area is very cramped

  : Nothing other the location and a nice cafe right beside it.
  : Did place should not be on booking.com has it does not even meet the minimum standard of health and cleanliness. We were there for 3 weeks sadly. Filthy rusty dish sponge , one roll of toilet paper, used dirty soap , filthy glass and soap dispenser in bathroom, mold mold mold in the shower and blocked shower drain. Sewer smell coming from shower drain. No fan in bathroom accumulation humidity flies. Ac does not go below 26 degrees. Broken chairs , no hot water at the end of stay. Huge hidden stain on couch after it was flipped the right way. No iron , cheap cheap cutlery , light bulbs burned. Dresser full of items so our clothes was kept in our suitcase. Broken kitchen tap .Spider Web. Dirty dusty kind of balcony BAD to WORST experience. All reported to the company who did nothing but bring an iron and scissors. They took our money and then nothing. Contacting booking . Com to complain. DONT GO THERE.

  : Location is great, nice and spacious living space.
  : Wi-Fi worked really badly, sometimes there was no connection. I contacted the company that was supposed to help with any issues, they gave me a number to contact about that but there was no response. Considering the price of the stay, the internet really should have worked (or there should have been help to get it working)

  : The positive side is that it is centrally located and we took the bus, train or walked to many points of interest.
  : The apartment was inaccurately represented with the exception of the kitchen which was modern and clean. I compared the booking.com listing photos with the actual apartment and they are deceiving renters regarding the size with misleading photos. The building is noisy overall, we heard neighbors singing, conversations, and their daily business day or night. The neighbors were especially loud on a Tuesday evening, ignoring the signs in the hallway that state after 23:00 there is to be quiet in the building. Even when I was wearing ear plugs, I could hear neighbors singing and playing music past 2AM. Functional issues: The sofa was broken and the owner tried to hide this with a blanket. Fernando from Clean BnB met us at the apartment on the first day of our stay and did not inform us about the broken sofa or the hand held shower not working properly.
