  : The location and it was quiet
  : The equipment. When we arrived we were disappointed and we asked the man to buy a new coffee machine, because it didn't work. We asked new towels after 5 days because the were wet. On the second day we asked the man to come because we couldn't go out of the flat. Something was broken, the man didn't tell us and when we close the door as to not see the light we found us enclosed without knowing it and we couldn't open the door from inside and no key for this door. The man came to open us the door.Finally the man improved all the negative things and it was OK.

  : Very good location, nice building, nice apartment.
  : No glasses, no plates. For a full equiped kitchen (this is why we've chosen this apartment) the stove and the oven didn't work, no pan for a simple fry: eggs, omlets or something else. We had to ask for sheets and cover pillows for the second bed, as we made a clear reservation for 4 person! A strange kind of Towels, but new and clean.Very poor or none WiFi signal.TV...no importance.I felt angry and dissapointed, for such minor aspects I couldn't offer more stars.

  : The first main doors were broken, were not able to close and lock. Cold in whole apartment.

  : The appartment is really close to the city center and near by there is a really cute restaurant with very nice staff and very goooooood food. The communication with the host was very good, he always answerd right away and the apparment was very quiet. The livingroom/kitchen is quite big. Check-in and Check-out were very easy.
  : The host did not put to much effort in decorating the appartment and the kitchen was very poorly equiped. We only had one tiny pan, one cooking pot and one tea cup. We've also missed some basics like oil, salt and match for using the gas stove.Our towels were napkins made of fabric and the apparment could have been cleaner. Even though the flor was very clean, there were some spots that haven't been cleaned in a while.The appartment is on the ground floor and we've never seen the host.

  : The WiFi was not working reliably. It is not possible to control the room temparature (only the host can control it through an app only he has access to - we had to SMS him to ask for temperature changes and had either a too hot or too cold room during our shortlived stay). Hot water was not reliably available in the room (had to wash baby with cold water). The blankets were dirty. Sitting on the couch normally made the pouch fall off - very uncomfortable. The apartment key only worked from the outside - it was not possible to use the key to lock the door from the inside. We left the morning after we arrived. In fact, we asked to cancel the room within a few hours of arriving. The host did not acknowledge our issues and refused to cancel or reimburse unused nights despite us letting him know of our issues faced immediately upon arrival.
