  : Host was responsive and accommodating for luggage storage and when wifi was not working well
  : Washrooms had buildup in grout, mold in the detergent dispenser in the laundry machine. The couches could also use a clean as we got itchy every time after we sat on them. Rooms had musty smell, poor air circulation. The soundproofing was not great, we could hear another room having a party until around 4:00 in the morning with loud conversations and noises, yelling, glasses breaking and doors slamming.

  : Super friendly host, super easy to reach from the airport, just 30min with public transport. Good value for money. But don't expect a fancy penthouse.It has air conditioning which is much needed in summer.
  : 1) The pictures looked very good, in reality it was already more worn out2) there were no windows which wasn't a massive problem but a bit of a downer. Just ceiling windows. So it was bright. But unexpected. 3) It also needs a bit of a deep clean, it wasn't exactly dirty but it wasn't hotel standard clean either. Bathrooms were clean. 4) there was a very intense smell of room freshener which we had to put outside the door because it was just too strong. Once we did, the smell of the appartment came through. It wasn't terrible but it just emphasize that the place needs a deep clean5) the bed / mattress was basically hanging through and you kind of sleep in the buldge rather than on a horizontal surface

  : The person who checked me in (Sergio) was amazing -- so helpful and did everything he could to help me and make my stay pleasant; he even sorted out the weak Wifi as I had a work emergency when I arrived. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. The shower was nice and the bathroom modern and good. The location was good as it was only a 20 minute or so walk to the center of town. There was a supermarket nearby and a nice coffee shop two minutes away. It was clean and tidy, though some of the paint work looked a little tired.
  : The apartment I was in (Number 2) had no windows. It was hard to know this from the images on the website, as it seems that the images of all the apartments are shown together, and two must have windows, and two not. There was natural light as there were skylights, and an easy way to open them, but very little fresh air reached the apartment. It felt a bit claustrophobic, as the front door only opened onto a long dark corridor. So I was in Italy, but with no way to see out of the apartment. This was very disturbing for me -- it might not bother other people. There was no mention of this at all on the website. The people in the front apartment smoked a lot, and the smell of smoke entered the flat. I feel that the apartment was nice enough in itself, but was very overpriced for what it was.
