  : Excellent location. Very spacious. Clean. Comfortable. Sophie met us on arrival and was very pleasant and helpful.
  : Lots of very minor fixes required. Sink in upstairs en-suite does not have a tap. No light fixtures in upstairs bedroom or bathroom, only lamps. Steep stairs upstairs were fine for us. Door handles on showers downstairs broken. Front bedroom gets a lot of road noise also.

  : Wonderful view. Good location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. A shop with the basic nextdoor. The tram station just across the street from the front door of the house. Good space and equipment for 4 people. One bathroom for each bedroom, and an extra toilet. Got good support when things didn't work and got broken, and when we lost the parking card. Overall it met the expectations during the week.
  : Third floor without any elevator. The third bedroom was up narrow stairs, and not for peoples with normal length. During the nights there were mosquitoes in one room, unfortunately not the room one stairs up. Only one saucepan that worked on the stove No possibility to stop outside to leave or get the luggage from or to a car. It would have been good to first be given the direction to the parking (to pay yourself before you can get the card) there is no place to park a car nearby.

  : Great location. Beautiful spacious apartment.
  : Very noisy with bars just below especially on the weekends. Third floor walk up with tons of stairs and no elevator. This was not mentioned in the listing description.

  : It was very close to transportation, the river, and the old city. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was well stocked with towels and toiletries. As well, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals at home. The view was lovely.
  : The owner let us have only one set of keys. This was difficult because some of us wanted to do different activities. At times it was difficult to time everything so that we were finished at about the same time.two of the chairs in the living room were no comfortable to sit in.

  : The location was very good. Beds comfortable and there is plenty of space.
  : Kitchen spacious but the toaster didn't work. Sinks in 2 of the bathrooms leaked. The fan in the lounge didn't work. There were noticeable cobwebs at some of the windows

  : The apartment was on the third floor there was no lift and no description of this when booking.Loud nose from the trams Smelt, no air con, no fly screens, broken shower head. One set of keys does work for a group of people being there is no way in via intercom the staff were very rude and unhelpful. We were traveling with ladies with disabilities they had no interest the staff in helping us move to a more suitable place and refused a refund and risk us it was our fault

  : Shower hanging off the wall, shower door handle fixed with a wine cork, bathroom door missing in second bathroom, bathroom light not working, power points not working, kitchen tap broken, high level cleaning very poor, door bell not working - 3rd floor flat, only 1 set of keys.
