  : The location was good, near places you would want to see and had service stores close by, egWhole Foods CVS and Target.We had some issues with making the deposit but the staff on the phone were very helpful.
  : Our room was on the ground floor and adjacent to the entrance doorThat meant any time someone entered a code you got to hear it. Additionally the door was warped and was difficult to open and close. Sometimes it took two or three attempts of slamming the door for this to happen. The bed was adjacent to that wall and it vibrated of you were up against the wall.Unfortunately the blinds were translucent so the room was still quite bright at night.Nither the bathroom or room sinks had plugs so it was difficult to wash the dishes. All of this was disappointing for a rather expensive stay.The air-conditioning unit on the floor by the window made it difficult to get around from the bed and even more so because the shelf for the TV was close. You need to take care or you'll bang your head.

  : Good location.
  : So dissapointed with the staff. They were completly unaccomadating to letting us check in even an hour early or stay an hour late - even though it was pouring during our stay in Boston. When we finally did arrive we were given the wrong code to get in the front door - another 30 minute delay. Extremely frusturating considering we had some place to be (hence the request for an early check in). Would not reccommend to anyone and will certainly not be staying here again.

  : Itd be faster to say what I liked!- The heating is extremely high, had to have my window open most of the time- The room has virtually no privacy as the windows opened to the street level and this was not described before booking- The room is next to the main door and people putting the code to enter the building was so loud it kept waking me up- The fridge in the room makes a constant noise closer to a idle car more than what a fridge should do and I eventually had to turn it off so I could sleep.- The toilet cistern leaks a bit which means the toilet keeps re-filling itself every 5 min making a terrible noise.- The bedside lamp didnt work.

  : they left a bag and a drill in my room, I'm not sure what are those items doing for my room, felt extremely uncomfortable.I asked for changing room,at the midnight, someone unlocked my door and tried to open the door,made me feel really creepy and unsafe.

  : The location is top-notch. The property was very clean. The studio design was clever and efficient. Dish soap and sponge provided, as well as paper goods (bu the latter are of inferior quality). The building was charming. Electronic locks were convenient (but emitting very loud beeps, unfortunately).
  : The property is obviously neglected: many things (blinds, bedside light, old spent batteries in the remotes including AC, toilet paper holder, toilet running, bathroom cabinet foil board peeling off, bathroom light does not always turns on etc.) are broken or not functioning and nobody seems to notice. In addition, and this is by design, in the ground floor studio I stayed at you can hear very clearly each time the entrance door slams and the electronic lock beeps loudly. You will also be at the mercy of the other guests in this closely-packed building: one night a woman (guest?) came in very drunk around midnight, loudly and crazily knocked on a neighboring door for about 10 minutes and had a lot of drunk and loud things to say in the hall. Overall, there was a very corporate feel to the property - the company is extremely strict on check-in and check-out. The cleaning people were quite loud talking in the halls and unceremonious (one of them was watering the plant kind of getting into the window while I was in the studio - that was very unexpected and creepy). I did not contact the management to fix things because I already felt so very little privacy. I think that for $20 more, a stay in a hotel would have been a better decision.
