  : The view was amazing. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We got a balcony room which the interior gave off like a cabin feel. We didnt drive a car but parking seems to fit quite a few cars.
  : Didnt realize that the property was located so high so we had to drag our luggage up, since theres no bus that runs up there. The shower was quite small. The lock was confusing because they didnt inform us how it worked. So after the first night we realized we slept with the doors unlocked. You need to leave the key in to lock your door.

  : The location and the food were good. Restaurant female staff were really kind and polite.
  : My recent stay at this hotel in Switzerland was a terrible experience, to say the least. Entering the hotel with my wife and baby, we encountered several downs that left us in dismay.Upon arrival, the receptionist, who happened to be Indian, informed us that our room wasn't ready for check-in. He kindly suggested leaving our baggage at the counter and advised us to enjoy a drink at the outdoor restaurant, which, as we found out, only opened at 5 pm. This was slightly inconvenient as we were famished after our journey.Heading to the restaurant with a drink in hand, we were met by an Indian male staff member who regretfully told us, "Sorry, we are closed." It was puzzling to see other guests already seated and enjoying drinks, seemingly unaffected by the restaurant's closure. It left us wondering if policies applied differently to us and if being Indian had something to do with it. Despite feeling slighted, I chose not to confront the impolite staff member and headed back to the reception to clarify the situation.To our surprise, the receptionist confirmed that we were indeed allowed to be seated at the restaurant, even during its supposed closure. It was at this point that we were informed that our rooms were ready for check-in. With our lunch plans delayed, I asked if they could hold our luggage while we grabbed a quick meal at a nearby caf. I must also mention I was with my wife and 4 months old baby. However, to our disappointment, the receptionist refused, stating that once the rooms were ready, luggage couldn't be left at the counter.The initial delay in room readiness and the sudden urgency to move our luggage left us questioning our status as guests. It seemed as though the staff prioritized policies over guest comfort.Upon entering our room, we noticed it was filled with unnecessary and potentially dangerous furniture, particularly for kids.

  : The location was nice and the view of the lake was great.
  : The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The room decor looks really tired and outdated. The showers are so small, it's a bit claustrophobic. There is a sauna and a pool, but hiring a towel costs 10CHF.Overall, a disappointing experience.

  : Dont book a superior room, we had a 'cheese' room wasnt worth extra money apart from the view, very dated room, didnt want to stand on carpet in bare feet !, shower was old and very small, they only empty bins, which was fine, but maybe clean towels would be nice
