  : The location of the hotel was very nice, the breakfast was also delicious with a lot of options. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view.
  : When we were about to leave and close the bill there was a different person at the reception than during our stay. I prepaid our stay, except the breakfast and the fee for our dog. The receptionist insisted that I only paid for 1 night (instead of our full stay, 2 nights). I tried to show her the confirmation from Bookings and also from my bank but she became extremely rude and treated us like a garbage. She even acted out, by starting to throw things around and swearing. After she made a phone call and turned out that we were right, she didn't even apologize!

  : Very clean. Quick check in. Small balcony with chairs and table and side view on the Brienz lake. Very nice buffet breakfast with a wide variety of sweet and savory food.
  : Too expensive for what you get. We booked a triple room but they converted a sofa into a bed with a very hard mattress and not comfortable. Small room. 15 minutes walk away from everything.
