  : The view from the hotel and specifically from your room is like nothing you have ever seen! It is beautiful! The room is cozy and clean :)
  : The food is extremely expensive and none of the staff didnt speak any English so the communication was very hard throughout the stay.

  : Beautiful view of the lake. Fantastic location.
  : Hall way to the room was smelly and dirty, many flies, no white thin curtain (only blinds), some staff were friendly but some were quite rude (especially in lunch area), internet is really poor (cannot be used for any chat apps)

  : 1. The hotels location is amazing. Its great to stay there after a hike from Klingenstock to Fronalpstock. 2. Nice breakfast
  : 1. Uncomfortable down pillows2. They charge 4 swiss franks for a cup of tea. we drank 2 teas in the evening after watching the sunset, it was a simple tea bag (twinings) and hot water.

  : The location is incredible. I wasnt expecting much from the food but dinner was delicious and breakfast was absolutely amazing! Was a fabulous place to watch the sunset, sunrise and star gaze

  : The location! Wonderful view from the terraces of the hotel. Its a long way up with the funicular and 2 ski lifts. Its a busy restaurant with day trippers but once the last ski lifts have left its peaceful.So the staff was busy with serving guests when I arrive mid afternoon. Took awhile to check in. They did send messages to e-check in for quicker service but I was busy traveling.The room was smallish but clean and comfortable. There is a tv and toiletries but no kettle and fridge. It was centrally heated.Dinner and breakfast was included in the price. Its not buffet but they serve you at your table. The selection had variety and was good.Stay here! Amazing sunset and sunrise with the amazing views.
