  : Great location, lovely views from the restaurant and close to lots of walks. Very clean room and helpful, friendly staff.
  : The room is very basic with a tiny, tiny bathroom. Its nice and modern, very clean but for the price we paid I was expecting something much better. Our room overlooked the car park and it was noisy with people arriving late and leaving early. Also, it was very hot (30C when we arrived late afternoon) and no air con, so we had to sleep with the window open but could hear all noises from outside (like the goats bells!), so we did not have a good nights sleep at all and were up at dawn. We also wanted to have dinner there but for 25CHF there were no options, just some precooked pasta and a bit of salad to help yourself, with very warm tap water on such a hot evening. We felt that was really expensive too and not worth it, so we had to go somewhere else for dinner. Breakfast was a bit better and the views were great, but again, very basic for the cost of the room. I was expecting something much nicer.

  : The breakfast was wonderful. Enjoyed cooking our own eggs. The Holundergelee exceptional! Nice walk around the area with beautiful views of the water. We also enjoyed the Ruheraum! Good idea! The personelle were all very helpful and friendly.

  : This place is very neat, clean and quiet. It is located in a fantastic location right next to the Lake Lucerne. Very friendly and professional staff. There was also drinking water and a kettle in the corridor which you could drop some money for. That was a brilliant idea.
  : It was a warm day but there was no air-conditioner or ventilator in the room. We opened the windows for some air resulting in many mosquitoes in the room. One of the bedsheets was old so it was not comfortable.

  : The halls are dark at night but as you walk the area lights up as its sensor activate. It is a bit creepy as a traveler from outside the country as you are in the woods.

  : Spatious modern room, extremely clean. Wonderful view of the mountains and the Vierwaldstttersee. The staff went out of their way to recommend nice things for us to do and helped us fix a problem with our wheelchair. The complete building and room are wheelchair accessible. Breakfast is good but could have some more fruit and vegetables and also some scrambled eggs would have been nice :-)
