  : The apartment was a great size, and clean. Host was responsive to questions. Property was as described and close enough to the centre of Budapest. Good intstructions on property location and how to get into the building, and keys were found as expected.
  : Instructions on getting into the property from the top of the stairs, and going onto the external balcony could have been clearer. we spent quite a while trying to figure out which key fitted which lock and no mention in the description that the property is on the 4th floor, with no lift/elevator, and they are 4 double-height stairs. The host was unable to take card payments, fortunately we were able to access cash to pay - but could have been difficult as only advise once we were in Hungary. The nieghbour - clearly there is a dispute between the host and the neighbor - the neighbor came out of her property to advise us that it was illegal to stay in the apartment. We had already been pre warned by the host - but did make us feel uncomfortable. Neighbour also knocked on the door at 7pm asking us to keep the noise down, there were only 3 of us (2 stopping plus a friend who lives in Budapest) - we'd got together as we are all leaving the same employer, and as we are all middle aged men, whilst we may have been talking loudly we were not having a party next door. Don't let this detract from the appartment, city or host - was a great stay, and good value.

  : Very nice place, apartment looks beautiful, with all equipments. Near to city center. Apartment is located in safe area.
  : We are so disapoint, beacouse of cockroaches, which appear in the evening when we arrived from the city. It was wery uncimfortable, because they were in every room.

  : The location was great. It is a big apartment and you have a lot of space around. It is perfect for a group of friends for a weekend trip. Nicely furnished and aesthetic.
  : First of all, it was not so clean. The address given on Booking wasn't correct, we were given a new address upon arrival. We did not meet with the host, in fact we got instructions on how to find the key in the building and that was quite difficult. The neighbours pointed out that the apartment was rented illegally because the building had a no rent policy. There was a hidden cleaning fee that was not mentioned when we booked the apartment and they charged us an additional 30 euros.
