Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the lead guest must be 25 years and older.

When booking for groups, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

Please note that Penhalt Farm house is located on a campsite which can be busy at peak season.

Electricity is operated through a metre system, therefore guests are required to bring GBP 1 coins to operate them.

A maximum of one pet is permitted at the property for an additional cost. Pets cannot be left unattended in the apartment.

This property operates a strict non-smoking policy.

A baby cot, high chair and stair gate is available upon request.
