A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival. Bed sheets and towels are changed after 7 days. Extra towels are available for hire at extra costs per towel.

Air conditioning is optional and can be provided for an extra charge.

Rooms do not have sea views.

Please note that construction work is going on nearby from December 2020 until May 2022 and some rooms may be affected by noise.
