  : Almost everything. I loved the rooms. The coming in was a bit complicated. Although the housekeeper showed it to me, i couldn't manage it. With the fob it worked easy and well. Important to tell the people not taking the fob with them. Than it should work for everybody.
  : The "welcome" E-Mail was strange. If I book an affordable accommodation I surely don't expect "pampering". I know then too, that there is no breakfast. Otherwise I booked with breakfast.

  : Spotlessly clean. Location and parking in the road (once you dodged the potholes).The only member of staff available was excellent (cleaner) but we saw nobody else.
  : Water only tepid,in spite of reporting (cleaner reported on to Darren?). Onsite manager did not appear whilst we were there. Unironed bedding with hole in duvet cover. The instructions to gain access were ambiguous, so it took a few attempts to work out how to get in. Another guest checking in at the same time had the same difficulty. .

  : Location good, bed (once I could climb onto it as it was so high) was comfy
  : I received 4 emails from "Derek:" telling me he ran a no fuse {fuss?}house and that if I required "pampering" and was the "moaning type" I should cancel and book elsewhere. Hardly welcoming! Oh and also take shoes off before entering.The key fob to enter the building wasnt in place when I returned one night. My son phones Derek who said we should just enter the code anyway so I gained access. Later that evening at about 9 the front doorbell rang many times. I went down in my nightie and let in a distressed woman who couldnt gain access and derek wasnt answerin his phone. Goodness knows where she would have spent the night had I a paying "guest" not let her in!!!

  : The room was warm and cosy and the bed was very comfortable/
  : The key for the outside door gave us some trouble.

  : Great comfy bed, but tiny, tiny issue with a misfitting sheet.Every thing else, fantastic!.
