: Management company were available by phone and fulfilled my request for a ground floor flat. Easy to access with keypad access and key safe. Central location was handy for my purposes and easy to find. Very firm comfy bed and clean sheets. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Video entry easy to use and effective for delivery.
: No bath tub but the shower was in perfect working order and straight forward to use. I don't think I would feel safe leaving the windows open at night as they open directly onto the street. Luckily too cold to leave them open. The local council was carrying out work on the street outside the property, drilling but it stopped around 11am.

: Nicely decorated flat. Good location. amenities were a nice touch.
: Numerous aspects of the flat were very dirty.One particular member of staff was very patronising when asked questions. Communal garden (which appears private in pictures) often unavailable

: Nice large space with fully equipped kitchen. Large comfy bed. Location would have been good if Mill Road bridge hadn’t been closed off.
: No garden furniture as displayed in pics - no key to doors leading outside, so couldn’t sit outside & enjoy the good weather. No contact (no one available on the phone) at the weekend. Only the rain Shower worked, the separate shower head didn’t work. Would have preferred a bath. It took ages for them to open the windows as they were all on security bolts. No AC! Noise from the pub opposite late at night was awful. Great space but expensive for Cambridge.
