  : No noise isolation in the room 1. We could hear every noise on the street. During the night there was a rain drop that prevent us to sleep. Some noise isolation in the windows would be essential.

  : Room was clean and comfortable.
  : We booked early check in for £15 but our code didn't work at the scheduled time. There didn't seem to be any staff on site. They didn't answer the phone. Eventually they responded by text. I booked this place because it seemed to be a good value but then there were so many additional charges like 15£ to store bags that, coupled with the lack of reception, it didn't seem worth it.

  : The location of this hotel is very close to the train station, so if that is where you want to be then it's fine. However, if you wanted to get to the centre of town it's quite a long walk.The room (14) was a decent size, on the 2nd floor overlooking the road.The bed itself was comfortable.There is a small private car park around the back of the house.
  : Above all, the check-in system was a nightmare. In addition to myself, several people had bad experiences because there is nobody there to assist. In order to help those in the future, please note that you cannot check-in before 3pm, even if you've received your room number and entry code. The worst part, however, was actually getting the number and code. You must wait for an email or message from the hotel asking you to register online and give proof of identity, and when that all works out (which it didn't immediately for several people) you will be sent the necessary info. Once in the room, my bathroom was tiny. There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room, meaning one had to go all the way to the ground floor kitchen for complimentary hot water and powdered coffee, etc. The t.v. in room 14 did not work.

  : Once inside the room it looked nice … but!
  : The code to let us in did not work. We were stuck outside the property. Finally got help. No glasses to get water in room. No coffee making in room. Had to get dressed to go downstairs to make a coffee.TV programs mostly not able to be accessed. One was but volume so limited we couldn’t hear it. No bedside table. No place to put suitcases except the floor. Portable air con was very noisy. No hand wash liquid near hand basin. Shower head was hopeless. No shelf in bathroom for toiletries and no shelf in shower. Drainage in shower recess very bad - had a short shower but recess still filled with water. Left the place with our bags before 7.30am to get breakfast - could not trust that we would get back inside due to the code not working. We checked it before leaving-still the code did not let us in!

  : The hotel was close to the station and the center of Cambridge. The bed was comfortable. AC was available. The room was clean, and basic hygiene products (soap, shampoo, etc.) were provided.
  : The bed was too small for two people. The room was just under the roof and, as a result, it got really hot every time we turned off the AC. Some products were empty (body lotion), and the bathroom was really tiny.
