  : There is nothing to like.its disgusting.there is damp all over the bedroom walls, rubbish everywhere in the car park.
  : Curtains and nets are black and torn through mould.the bedding was so old and faded.. should have been white but was moppled grey..the whole place needs ripping apart and starting again..the Chinese lady who runs it,hides in her room instead of dealing with problems..the owner refused to give me my money back even though id payed for 4 nights and didn't spend one night there.. Booking.com still hasn't been InTouch with me and offered a solution...

  : Sad to say, this experience was the worst ever away from home I have ever had. We booked 4 days to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we were looking forward to the much needed break in Cambridge. We were ignored when we arrived by the owner and were escorted to the so-called deluxe suite............make your own mind at the end of our review, by an employee, not really sure who but the lady was but she was polite and informative.What a rip-off. Dirty beds with urine stains and an odour, which I can only describe as unidentifiable, my wife described it as the same smell that you get in old peoples home!!! and that the smell took several days to disappear from my sense of smell. Absolutely vile.The shower head was filthy, the toilet roll holder rusty, and the decor was falling apart, wires showing out above the skirting level and had many dirty marks on the walls and the front door was sticky all over with dirty marks on the bottom section.Cctv Cameras were everywhere. The front door to the property was totally inadequate for security, as was the door to the room. We felt very vulnerable and not safe. The main door into the property is not locked, and anyone could enter the building un challenged as there was nobody on the reception deskWe looked into the dining area to see what it was like. Well, we did not want to eat our breakfast in this area, and the water cooler was in the most disgusting state I have ever seen one. We were invited to make tea and coffee from this dispenser. Not a chance.We made the decision not to stay another moment in this horrible place and packed all our belongings and booked somewhere else for the night as we were not going to sleep in this horror of a so-called hotel.We sent an email to the owners about this. As of yet, to this day, we have not had a reply to our complaint. We will be seeking recompense for the loss of money as we did not spend a single night there, this was a horrible experience.

  : No tea facilities in room, needed to ask for a towel as only one in room but no staff till next morning. Had to sit sideways on toilet as not enough knee room. The bed was big enough but up against the wall so if the inside person needs to get up, then both people have to.
