  : Great Location of the apartment. I booked two apartments. One on fourth floor was great. New, clean and cosy, for this one I can give high score and I would return to this. However apartment on the first floor was great disappointment. Hospitality of the stuff was on high level - when I complained about apartment on the first floor they immediately reacted, they repaired aircon, and cleaned the apartment, but unfortunately cleaning didn't help, because apartment is in terrible condition and it's not possible to solve it with cleaning. Detailed renovation is necessary.
  : Apartment on the first floor is outdated it's old, dirty and it stinks. The floor in the apartment is old and dirty, burnt at one end, diverging at the other ends. The bathtub in the bathroom was dirty and scratched. Part of the tiles (stones) is simply filled with silicone putty. The kettle on the toilet was cracked. Walls are dirty (new paint needed), the furniture is old and worn totally outdated. The mirror in the room is broken. The air conditioner didnt work properly, but must say when I informed the host, they immediately repaired it. There are also many other things that are not as they should be and apartment is not as it looks on the pictures. Apparently pictures are very old because it looks solid there. The air was so stuffy (smelly) that it was practically impossible to sleep. I decided to check out one day earlier because of smelly apartment even if it was paid for one more day (I didnt ask for refund).
