  : The view of Marina Piccola is really breathtaking! The location of this little hotel at the beach club is great if you want to spend all day at the pool or the little beach. However, if you want to walk around some central streets or go shopping in the afternoon, it will take you some time to get there, as it is too far from the Capri central part, so the only option for us to go there was by taxi. There is a bus stop nearby and u can use a public bus, of coz, but there is always a line there, especially between 5 and 7 p.m. Unfortunately, the place doesn't have its own shuttle service. The breakfast was quite good and the guy who served us at the breakfast was very nice too. The room, the restaurant and the pool area were very clean with decent wi-fi. The room had an AC that is crucial when its baking hot outside.
  : The staff don't speak good English, so it leads to some miscommunication at times. Keep in mind that, if you come to the hotel after 8 p.m., you will be met by a night porter who doesn't speak English at all, as a receptionist finishes work and leaves at that time (that made our check-in process quite slow). The hotel claims that every room has a safe-box but ours didnt have any and we couldnt get any explanation for that . There is neither iron nor iron-board in the room and there is no special place where you can go and iron your clothes, if needed. Moreover, if in other hotels an iron can be given to you upon request, it is not given to you in this hotel as they don't allow to use it in the room. There is a laundry and an ironing service (charging 8 euros per item for ironing ) and that was our only option (we came to Capri for a 2-day important event). However, the lady, who was responsible for ironing, ruined our new dress with bleach and we definitely couldn't wear it to the party. Besides, she completely denied doing that! When we complained, the lady at the reception was very understanding trying to do her best to help us out (thanks a lot to her for the sympathy and the offer to buy a new dress at the nearest shop at the hotel expense) but when we called the Manager, she came in and didnt even apologise... her first question was : "How much does the dress cost?" Of coz, they paid us the price of the dress (the dress still had its price-tag) but our mood was completely ruined. Luckily for the hotel, it wasn't one of those dresses that cost a fortune. When I come to Capri again, I will definitely choose a different hotel.

  : The location was great and the views were spectacular. Waking up to see the calm blue water and the magnificent famous Faraglioni rock formations along the high clifs was just something else. Very special place that certainly won't be forgotten. No one believed that we didnt use photoshop to saturate the colours on our photos, it is just a magical place that has to be seen at least once in a life time. Even if the hotel is not a five star, the staff would certainly make you feel like it is aspecially Gennaro who provided us whith royal treatment and made us feel very special every morning and our lifeguard who gave us a recomendation of a nice viewing point "Belvedere Tragara" which he deserves a star for.
  : The only thing that was a bit of a downside was the room was very humid and there were signs of mould in the corner of the room as well as the shower low water pressure.

  : The views and location are absolutely stunning! Breakfast was ok, but would be nice to have more options to choose from.
  : Rooms require renovation, for this price standard should be higher. During our stay bathroom sink broke down completely, they repaired it the same day but it should not have happened taking into consideration the price of the hotel. It's visible that rooms were not renovated for a long time.

  : Very nice location right on the water. Beautiful views and nice breakfast included. Somewhat away from the town and on the opposite side from the ferries but easy to get to.

  : The views were beautiful. The location is lovely and the sea is magical
  : The state of the hotel and the lack of maintenance. We also needed to have the shower checked as water did not flow correctly. Safety deposit box was not working.

  : The views are absolutely breathtaking! Stunning location! Upon entering the hotel down at the reception, the garden is beautiful, and you're instantly fixated on the backdrop of the ocean and cliffs. Given that the rooms are outdated, you can forget about this easily as the views are just stunning!!! If you can overlook a hotel that is outdated and needs updating...book it. The views and location are worth it alone.
  : The rooms are outdated and need updating. The girl on reception was at first quite nice to deal with, but on check out, I found her to be quite moody and unhelpful. Restaurant prices are high, but expected in Capri.
