  : nice big room good shower and all the facilities you need. breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked. staff were friendly and helpful. plenty parking space.
  : there's only one thing I didn't like and that was the road to the farm was a single track about 1 mile long with not many passing places. I unfortunately met a two cars coming the opposite direction and had to reverse 50yds not easy on narrow embanked road.

  : The room was clean and bathroom was nice. Location is lovely if youre looking for a rural location.
  : It is a working farm so its not the most appealing when you arrive on the drive, so if youre looking for boutique then this isnt it. Its a good homely farm with cattles and a dog who will wake you up barking. I wanted to go and give him a cuddle but I was too tired. I worked with farmers for years so Im not offended by smells, however maybe due to the time of year the smell was pretty bad and its all I could smell all night. It wasnt as bad once we were in our room, we just kept the windows closed. Bed was comfy. I didnt enjoy breakfast, I had scrambled egg and its done in a microwave, (so tasteless and rubbery) and so was my husbands poached egg, definitely no nice middle to dip anything in. The staff are great and I had a lovely fresh fruit salad, if the eggs were cooked properly my views would have been totally different but it was a real let down. For 110 I was expecting it to be a lot nicer than it was, I stay in hotels weekly and this is definitely not worth the money. Its nice, comfortable, but overpriced. Maybe adding some nice extras like shower gels, nice coffees in the room, bottles of water would add to the experience and make it feel a bit more worth it.
