  : Location is great, comfortable bed, balcony view, building had good security, plenty of towels to take to the beach.
  : Very dirty, lack of basics like toilet paper, broken washing machine, broken closet doors and cabinets, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, weak air conditioners, both air mattresses leaked (kids woke up on hard ground), lack of furniture (no dresser or tv in the bedroom).

  : Location was perfect. Bed very comfortable. Host Ramon very responsive.
  : No washcloths there were towels but no washcloths had to go out and buy our own washclothes. There is no tv in the bedroom also there are see through curtains so when sun comes up at 6:30 Am your room is bright. Room definitely needs blackout curtains. Also construction will wake you up every morning at 9am is the sun doesn't wake you at 6:30.

  : I loved that we had a beach view and that we were in a controlled access location.
  : I did not like how sandy the apartment was. I had to constantly wash my feet and walk around with shoes. I also didn’t like that we were not provided wash rags for the shower. I also would have enjoyed if some of my friends could have seen our apartment . However; there is a no guest policy.

  : The couches were full of sand and all towels that were folded were all wet like they didn't get dried enough

  : It smelled stale and horrible, wires were out the wall there is nothing modern about the apartment. Despite one of my guest having a license for medical marijuana and smoking on the bird feces covered balcony the owner tried to use that as a reason to not refund my full amount for his poorly furnished apartment with one towel,smelly bed sheets and one tv. Major disappointment. I wish i wound have taken photos but i was to much of in a rush to get out of there.

  : apt not suffienciently clean.no reading lamps( or any lamps) no place to put suitcase other than floor or kitchen chair. no bureau or drawers,no hangers Items stuffed in closet.

  : The view. The beach, it was easy to get to de bech, the beach was fantastic. It was very near the airport (very noicy)

  : It's a very good location. Really spacious. I have a nephew that has a landscaping business and myself I own a remodeling business me and my nephew would be more than willing to come out and help y'all keep the property up to par anything that needs to be fixed I have the experience and business to do it and we will be more than willing to relocate to Puerto Rico with y'all's help and become your maintenance man / handyman and landscaper. The name of my company is called "We Nailed It 2 LLC" and the names of my nephew's is " W & C lawn care"
  : There was a couple spots in the apartment that leaked water that got some of our stuff wet. We only had wifi for the first couple days we where there. The washer machine didn't work. The dishwasher didn't work properly and it had a real bad smell.
