  : The conditions of the exterior and interior of the hotel!
  : The La Quinta Inn & Suites @ Raleigh Cary is in major need of renovations/updates! To start, the exterior of the property is not well maintained. Upon arrival, there was trash in the parking lot, that appeared to be left overnight! The lobby area was overcome by flies, and we were greeted at the door by the Front Desk employee, trying to usher the flies out! We were allowed to check-in one hour early, which was nice. However, we were given Room 118, which needs to be condemned and note offered to any patron, as it reeked of cat urine! We were given another room, which was slightly better (no urine smell, but very outdated). We will not return to this hotel, until major renovations have been completed.   : Room size was unexpectedly large. Breakfast was normal continental hotel stuff. Location is great.
  : Room smelled but febreeze works wonders.
