: Spacious apartment. Generous welcome packs and nice linen and towels. Good bed. Met the cleaners as we arrived friendly and helpful.
: Expensive (although understand it's Barcelona). Difficult to find.

: - A lot of space for 1 person - Nothing was missing in the Apartment - Smart setting of furniture
: - Make the window in the Bedroom airtight - The cabin in the bathroom needs refreshing as well as the tap in the bathroom. Otherwise all great!

: The location is perfect for Parc Guell and Sagrada Familia and had a good range of restaurants and shops. The toiletries sets for each guest were really good. Loads of hot water.
: Bathroom door handle loose & door doesn't lock. Shower door leaks constantly & the shower doesn't stay in its' holder. Only 3 toilet rolls for 4 people for 5 days. Very noisy street at night!! Difficult to sleep. Numbers rubbed off microwave & oven.

: Great location, responsive staff.
: 1) Terrible check-in experience. I was contacted 15 hours before checkin, late at night. At the end had to go through multistage checkin while at the airport. Had to go back and forth talking with the staff while waiting for boarding a plane...2) There is a sign on the door that says it's super IMPORTANT to close the door with the key or someone can sneak in to steal your stuff, but WE WERE NOT GIVEN THE KEY)))3) Kitchen is not equiped for cooking: no spices, oil, kettle to make a tea in the morning. It doesn't make any sense to buy all of that for 2 nights of stay.4) Washing machine stinks of mold and thus unusable.5) 300 Euro deposit + a bunch of glass countertops = profit.
