: - They were responsive and quick to solve the problem when I mentioned there is a broken light on the terrace. - Although they don't support late checkout or luggage storage, they were friendly and offered us many good alternatives.- Good air conditions in both rooms- There is a very nice fruit shop right at the main entrance.
: - I sent them a message before arriving at the hotel mentioning that it's my Honeymoon and explicitly asked to double check maintenance and cleanness. They said they double checked and it's all perfect, after my arriva, *in the first couple of hours*, *without even opening the terrace door*, we found 2 spiders and 1 other insect INSIDE the apartment, when we mentioned it to them they said are likely attracted by the plants (which are outside) just giving an excuses.. And then I found out that the terrace light was also broken, so after explicitly asking for double checking both cleanness and maintenance, unfortunately non of them was as expected.- You won't get a very fresh breeze on the terrace, seems like the air is always very loaded and most of the time has cooking smell.- Both sofas (the one inside and the one on the terrace) are not clean and somehow stink, the one on the terrace is worse. (maybe the pillows are the reason)- They don't make it clear before booking how the check-in process is, and it's super unprofessional. They will ask you to send them selfies holding your passport (official document) in booking chat. They say in the property description on booking that they will give you a door code to access the property, but that's only part of it, for the main entrance downstairs you need to either call them or send them a message so that someone can open it for you (and then you can use the door code for the apartment door)- They ask you to empty the trash cans and throw the trash away (as a rule) but they don't explicitly mention this before reservation on booking, been on booking for +5 years, never had a property asking me to do this before.--This is not a cheap apartment, and considering the price they ask for, it's not worth it
