  : Location is ideal and the few from the main bedroom is stunning. It is generally clean and beds are comfortable.The showers were really powerful.
  : The aircon hadn't been serviced in a while so when we turned them on so much dust and dirt blew everywhere for the first couple of days.The shower basin wouldn't drain properly in one of the showers.There is no oven, just two electric rings to cook. There were limited supplies given for a 12 night stay. One teatowel, one dishwasher tablet, a travel size washing up liquid, one sponge etc. We had to go and buy extras of everything to wash towels and bedsheets.There is no aircon in the bedrooms. There were no extra pillows.

  : Two bathrooms, which is great. View of the Sagrada Familia from the room. Beds are comfortable.
  : The apartment needs some repairs. The floor has beautiful tiles, but some of them are loose and dangerous. The kitchen should be better equipped. One of the mattresses was extremely dirty. When we told the manager, he let the cleaning staff come but the only thing they did was flip it upside down.

  : It is a nice, charming appartment with a view to Sagrada Familia. If only they wouldn't ruin the experience with their scammy way of doing business.
  : When coming to the appartment, we were given to sign a contract that we were not ok with (the agency/host obviously did not have any insurance in case of fire and some other disasters, so we had to take the responsability for). In addition we had to pay 200 eur caution, which will be given back if everything would be ok in the appartment while leaving it. BUT they refused that a member of the staff would come to check the appartment on our way out - they took the liberty to make the check without us, on their own, in 24 hours time after we leave. In the contract we also had to sign that they have 10 days to return the 200 eur caution. We asked while signing the contract and also a few times during those 10 days that when they will unblock our 200 eur, that they send us the proof of it. They never did! So we might be checking our bank account for quite some to oversee if they decide to take from us those 200 eur after all. Scam...

  : The location was exactly what I was looking for. Super Italian restaurant (Tuscania) right below it. Great windows keeping out street noise, with the ability to open them if you wanted.
  : It was clean but rundown (paint falling off the wall, rust in the bathrooms, loose floor tiles, LACK of a second set of keys for the deadbolt and front door. Two bathrooms right off the kitchen. Lack of amenities.

  : The only saving grace of this apartment was its location. Great views of the Sagrada Familia and a block away from two major metro lines. Air conditioning was loud with hanging wires, but it was working. The apartment was large enough to accommodate 4 people comfortably. Outside of that this property is a poor value for your money, look elsewhere.
  : APARTMENT IS A TOTAL CATFISH; NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY The photos on Booking.com are of the apartment, however they clearly have a filter or were taking many years ago when this was a new listing. The walls are not white, they are dirty and stained, with cracking paint. The furniture is rundown/chipping paint, the air conditioner units are old and with yellowing plastic and hanging cables; they also make loud vibrating sounds intermittently. The are several floor tiles that are loose and shift around when you walk on them. Both toilets reeked of sewer smell that spread through the whole apartment if you left the bathroom doors open when you are out. There were mold stains in both showers. No fitted sheets on the beds, only a flat sheet tucked around the mattress that would come loose at night exposing the mattress. Prior to checking in the property was very communicative, however after the key exchange and charging us our deposit/tourist fees in person, they completely stopped responding to any of our requests after attempting to contact them multiple times. Ultimately there are similarly priced properties in Barcelona that are likely a better value for your money that this place and I would suggest against booking this property.
