  : location was good. had all the facilities we require. bed was very comfy. owner was very friendly and helpful.
  : noisy with road and neighbours. door only locked with bolt on the inside. balcony door locked with handle but never seemed locked due to noise. shower curtain all around shower tray causing leakage due to it blocking the plug hole and it getting very damp. didnt look like the pictures at all. not enough toilet roll provided. some plug sockets werent working in the living room.

  : location was decent, other then its right between 3 metro stations.
  : the shower didnt work and we didnt notice until the 2nd day then immediately contacted them and they didnt fix it until the next day. 3 days without a shower travelling isnt fun. they told me they would refund me $60, but still havent received anything. the place was relatively dirty when we arrived as well after looking around a bit.location was the highlight but Id still rather a working shower and someone that cares enough to fix things before renting it out, maybe?I would pick another place as there are lots around if I were you.

  : The biggest mistake was choosing that apartment. Really dirty and mold on a lot of places. The level of higiene is 0 and the apartment is unmaintaned

  : Only 2 mugs and 2 glasses where they knew there will be 4 people staying, message the owner but no response, missing bedsheet covers and dirty towels

  : The kitchen was not equipped with much. The electricity went off for 12 hours during the night the last day and the staff did nothing to help putting as an excuse that it was too late and the were not going to be able to find an electrician. I had to wait from 10pm until almost midnight for them to tell me that while I was waiting in a fruit shop I found nearby the place as I did not have internet connection or anything to charge my phones to get in touch with them. The next morning they said around 10am that no one was coming because it was a public holiday and they asked me to leave the property at 11am which is unacceptable!!!! My mum is almost 70 years old and had the worst night ever. They did even have torches or candles and didnt even offer to come by and help. I was so frustrated. I requested full refund for the full night and they refused because their staff complained that I was too harsh on them!!! We had to throw away food that we bought because we couldnt cook it that night! And they were complaining without thinking the night we spent during our holiday that we did not pay for!!!! It is not the customer responsibility to understand that this situations can happen but it is 100% their responsibility to have contingency plans for this kind of situations to support their customers the best they can!!!! And this was NOT the case. I had to find a place with wifi to get in touch with them but the only thing close by was a fruit shop. I felt so frustrated that I had to ask the fruit shop staff to use their internet connection. They didnt even reach out to me ever, it was me calling them yo get updates. Absolutely disappointed for the way we were treated for something that we had to pay. I dont recommend this at all.
