  : Good space, fantastic location, elevator which isn't always available in these properties. Shower and kitchen essentials all fine, beds in bedrooms fine. Excellent balcony areas. Host was very helpful and welcoming and available to meet within 10 mins.
  : Aircon units didn't appear operational, alternative fans provided. Some essentials like oven tray were dirty and located in strange areas. Sofa/couch shown in images very different to actual one, uncomfortable. Although is an elevator it is still necessary to navigate some stairs to access. Overall property could do with makeover, lots wiring and markings visible. Only one key made available. Chased out property for checkout by cleaner earlier than 11:00 agreed time.

  : Location is good, close to Sagrada La Familia, metro station is there. Airco in every room (which is also negative, will write about that in next question). Nice bar next to building entry. Big fridge was good and needed cutlery and rest was ok, had all what was needed. Internet connection was good.
  : Let's start with airco, which I mentioned in good. Every room has airco which is great, but airco in one sleeping room starts dripping randomly after used. Imagine my surprise when I woke up at 03:00 AM to find and grab a towel to put it below airco. Same thing every day if airco is used. So we stopped with usage. Airco in living room does the same if you don't flush the water from bottle every hour. You forget, it starts dripping to neighbor and then you have them on your door or accommodation manager calls you, personal experience (I was at home, but had a online meeting and couldn't answer the door, so got the call later). Then floor is ruined below airco in sleeping room from first paragraph, I imagine because of previous drippings, so they haven't and probably won't fix that. Floor is also ruined in some other parts of apartment. Forget about sleeping with windows opened, you are next to the street, you hear everything and there is traffic 24/7. Walls, that is the other level. Imagine having kids going with crayons all over the apartment. Walls are very dirty in my opinion and I believe it has been years since last painting. We didn't have pillow slip for all the pillows, so we had to put towel over them in order to sleep. Really wonder how someone who has couple of apartments through Barcelona and rents through agency allows themselves to have some long lasting stuff (airco, dirty walls) and charges good price for apartment.

  : Very dirty apartment. Floor wasn't cleaned since weeks.Our kid wear white socks which we put in apartment. After 10mins his socks Looks like on photo. We cleaned floor by ourself.Owner didn't react on it. We send him message via WhatsApp and via booking.

  : everything was old. microwave was a safety hazard because the power button was all the way in and we were asked to just push it in. it was so old it was rusted inside.

  : It was a nice surprise that we could see the Sagrada Familia from the balcony. Location was ideal for that and for the nearby restaurants and cafes.

  : No flushing toilet paper.Mildew on shower grout.No instructions to empty the A/C condendation jugs frequently on the balcony.Dead batteries in the a/c remote controls.Vandals broke glass out 2 of 3 nights at the gated door entrance.
