  : For me there are two main aspects for a place to stay. 1st is the location, 2d is the apartment itself. The location is just the Best for Barcelona; it's in the middle of everything: transport stops, attractions, walking tours, shops, restaurants. Highly recommended area. The owner is super communicative, he waited for us and stayed in touch though we run late. The apartment is clean, not small, wifi is good, nicely equipped kitchen.
  : For those who are out most of the time, the crucial thing is a comfortable place to sleep. And this was certainly not there. There were strange clacking sounds in the bed, every move was super loud, the mattress was uncomfortable. In the mornings, both of us woke up with the backpain. It was so disturbing that before leaving I decided to take a look at the mattress. It was thin; furthermore, the bed was broken and kept by a plastic container, which apparently was making this constant clacking noise. For the future guests it is important to know that the 2 rooms are not separated by a full wall up to the ceiling. The mattresses in the second rooms are also thin and I doubt their comfort as well. Therefore, if you are also interested in a happy sleep, be aware of these facts. The are some other small things worth mentioning. The floors are very cold (but it was February, to be fair I guess it is normal for the region). The window door to the balcony need to be cleaned, and the balcony is far not as nice as on the photos (my subjective opinion). The day before we left, we received a message from the owner that he should go into the apartment to get things for the next guests and he hoped it was ok. It was super strange because we were moving out early in the morning next day, but who knows, ok, I asked to wait for us to come back in a couple of hours. We assume he came anyways (hope I am wrong), however this caused mixed feelings. Generally, those things are not something decisive for the score of my review. All in all the main disappointment was the bedroom (key factor) and mostly that is why the impression of the flat was totally ruined.

  : The location was great, close to bars, restaurants and shops and a walking distance from all the main neighborhoods we visited during our stay. The communication with the host was super easy. The space was very good, the kitchen had all that we needed, we enjoyed the terrace catching a little sun in winter, probably a great place to stay in summer as well.

  : Check-in was easy. The apartment was quite clean. The location is great. The bus stop right in front of the building was very convenient. The apartment is well-equipped and well-appointed.
  : I was disappointed that there was no curtain or blinds on the back window. The door has frosted glass, but since the window does not, the living area was like a fish bowl. Luckily, the apartment was well-equipped. I hoisted an extra sheet using some safety pins I had with me. There was a step ladder in the storage closet. It worked out, but ideally there would have been some kind of window dressing to begin with. The brackets were still on the wall, so perhaps the blinds broke recently.

  : salt in the sugar pretty sure was a trick by the previous occupants ruined a good cup of coffee. couldnt get the heater to work

  : Cosy with sufficient space for my son and I, both in the apartment and on the terrace.. Tea and coffee plentiful. Location superb as within 30 minutes walking distance of the concert venues of Palau Sant Jordi and the Olympic Stadium, the purpose of our trip.
  : Shower drain in need of a new fitting but we were made aware of this upon arrival and it did not detract from our enjoyment
