  : We arrived early after a cruise and checkin is not until 3pm. Reception assured us they would try to get us a room as quickly as possible and after a short wait, a member of staff came to get us to advise a room was ready. This was very much appreciated and they were very friendly and welcoming. The room, whilst furnishing was basic (not a big deal) was very bright, clean and the bathroom spacious.

  : The staff were all very friendly. I arrived in the morning and they were able to store my bag until my room was ready; they'd put my bag in my room by the time I returned in the late afternoon. The beds were comfortable enough, but weren't exceptionally comfortable either. (I've found that many of the hotels I've stayed in throughout Europe, especially in this price range, have similar style beds -- they are on the thinner side; they do the job but aren't exceptionally comfortable either.) The cleaning staff cleaned the room every day (except days I had the do not disturb sign up) and did a great job. The location is great -- it's easy to walk to a lot of the main Barcelona attractions from Flor Parks' central location on Las Ramblas (which is a very touristy area). They were able to put me in a room facing away from Las Ramblas (my windows faced a garden patio), which I imagine was much quieter than a room facing Las Ramblas would have been. The room felt very clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for me as a solo traveler.
  : Sound carried pretty well -- I could hear folks in the garden area outside my room (even with all windows closed) and could hear folks talking (and on one night, could hear snoring) in the rooms next to me. When folks were talking, the sound coming through to my room was not loud enough to make out what they were saying. I'm a deep sleeper so this wasn't an issue, especially once I fell asleep. There was some peeling paint on the ceiling of the shower as well. These definitely weren't dealbreakers for me, but feel worth noting.

  : Amazing location and staff.
  : Rooms are dated, mostly the bathrooms..but they had nice bed and even a small balcony.

  : The location is excellent. The place is lively and can shop and dine just walking out of the hotel. The subway and the hop on and off bus is nearby. Highly recommended place.
  : Sometimes its a bit noisy in the night as you are near the street but still acceptable.

  : The location was perfect and the reception guy, the responsible one i think was very helpful and make us feel comfortable. All amenities around.
  : The lowest pons are the rooms needs some renovation and also you should get some more choices from the TV like at least 2 channels in French and channels in English + 1 or 2 music channels.
