  : I liked the procedure of check in with the machine, I forgot a bag after leaving before the prescribed time, but once I called the administration, I was guided remotely to retrieve my bag.
  : The hotel is a little far from the center, which increases the loads and tiredness of transport especially with family.

  : Room was clean and spacious. My son liked the gym. Great access to buses.
  : We stayed at the property for 5 nights. The last 3 days there was no hot water for showers. We were not notified of the problem by the hotel. We assumed initially that the hotel was busier so maybe that was the reason. After day 2 I approached the desk and they indicated they were waiting for a part that would not be in for a couple of days. This could all be valid; however I think we should have been advised and compensated. We have filed a claim. - We had three people in the room and that exact number of utensils, plates and cups, after I asked for a missing fork. They were very responsive in getting the fork.

  : The location is good, and the room size is big, also there is a kitchen.
  : The colleagues are not friendly, not helpful to our problems and questions. In the night, there is a long time of fire alarm, and there are no colleagues there for ensuring the safety of the guests. We were in business trip, but there is nobody in reception when we left, so we must send email for asking the invoices, however, until today, there is no any answer from them after we have sent email three times. The services of this hotel is totally a desaster.

  : The view from the window was ok
  : The apartment is pretty old, not very clean, the furniture and fittings are damaged and not fresh. No electrical sockets in the bedroom (!), very old kitchen, a few dirty utensils and burned pans. Generally, a very sad and depressing apartment. There is no air conditioning, I cannot imagine staying there in the summer. Opening the window only helps a little and lets the noise from the street in and it is very loud there. The window opens enough to let a small child through so it's lethal danger. The location is extremely industrial, between warehouses and gas station and it's pretty far to the train station. Will never come back again and don't recommend it to anyone, unless you really cannot afford to stay anywhere else. It is cheap - much cheaper than hotels in the center, Barcelona is extremely expensive at the moment.
