  : The Aircon was impossible to be turned off, it automatically turned on. Stuff tried to turn it off from central but it did not work.Also our room was next to reception so very noisy as it has 24h reception. The door didn't isolate much noice.It missed having a bath mat.

  : I liked the location of this hostel situated in an elegant building in the centre of town. The welcome by Martin was friendly as were interactions with other staff. My room and communal areas were spotlessly clean and decorated in a sleek modern style with adequate spaces for storage and electrical outlets for my needs.
  : I wasn't so keen though on the shared facilities (a bit more ventilation perhaps) and my room was on the small size for the money. The walls were also a little thin. But it was a hostel and I had booked at the last minute so to be expected really. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, the place was quiet despite the busy thoroughfare outside and my bed was comfy which meant I slept well.

  : The location was amazing, close to several points of interest. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
  : The shower drainage was clogged, so when I showered the water flooded the bathroom and part of the room, even getting my suitcase wet. We asked the staff to check the shower and they soon came with the maintenance person to fix it, however when we returned to the hotel, there was just a terrible sludge in the shower. I again reported it to the staff and thry kindly came and cleaned but informed us that apparently the shower had not been fixed and that they did not understand why, so we had to use the showers in the shared bathrooms of the hostel instead.

  : Basic accommodations but exceeded our expectations! Clean, comfortable and all the basic toiletries were supplied. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful!
  : Very basic, no frills, no lobby or common areas.

  : Good central location for restaurants and shops. The building had great character and was very clean. The 24hr reception desk was a good feature.
  : The apartment was a bit bare. A rug on the tiled floor would have improved this. Noises from the street outside and other guests returning at night were quite noticeable and impacted on sleep quality. Could be improved with double-glazing on windows and carpet or rugs in common hallway outside our room. Access arrangements were a bit unclear - just advising that guests need to buzz reception desk from the panel next to the big double doors would have been useful.
