  : Very small bathroom tiny shower, had to turn to sit on the toilet lucky that I'm thin.No clean towels, had to ring to get somePaid 30 for a key, done check in myself online, no map no nothing never saw a representative, pictures definitely different from what was advertised. No cooker or dishwasher in the kitchen. Had to pay 200 deposit and took over a week to get it back. I love Spain , this is by far worst experience we've ever had.

  : The staff was nice and friendly. The apartment is located in Gothic quarter, which is a heart of Old Town. That's it.
  : Stay away from it!!!! Most awful experience. Not recommend. 1) You have to come to other address to pick up the keys. Uber doesn't work well like in other countries. We got a car only from 7th attempt. 2) Images are modified with photoshop to make the apartment look much better than it is in reality. 3) Shower: We got electric shocks while taking shower when touching any metallic parts. Also shower "cabin" is similar to coffin, so if you don't have claustrophobia, you will. The strength of water stream is super weak , so it cannot hold 10 cm straight stream. Also, if you move the handle for 1 mm, it's getting super cold. 4) Water heater was leaking on a kitchen countertop. 5) Mattress had bloody stains. 6) All walls have black marks and lines. 7) Kitchen: if you want to cook here, you will be starving and suffering. There are only 2 knifes: one of them is bent and dull. There was only one super tiny cutting board. No salt, paper or oil. Even no ice. No coffee. Nothing was provided. You have to buy everything by yourself. 8) No washer, dryer and dishwasher. 9) Service: towels and sheets weren't changed in 9 days. Nothing is drying here, so if you plan to stay more that 2 days, it is better to find another place. 10) Supply: not enough garbage bags, napkins, gel shower, hand soap were provided. 11) Safe box: the door did not open when it was unlocked. So test it before putting any valuable belongings there. 12) No noise protection: you will hear every move your neighbor above you makes. Also, it is quite noisy outside, especially on the weekends up to 4am. 13) The apartment was so uncomfortable and not cozy at all that we did not want to stay and spend time there.

  : I was told to pay a deposit after booking - this was not made clear before booking. And then Check in was chaotic. I provided regular updates to estimate arrival time. When I called the company on arrival, I had to speak to someone different every time. They thought I was in Madrid, or could not find my booking, never called back with updates. Eventually, after more than an hour, someone arrived to let me in. But then did not have a key to leave with me, so they had to go back to their office, which took another hour. I missed a dinner appointment as a result. Poor service over all.

  : Never underestimate the meaning of the word "small" that describes their bathroom. I am an Asia woman of relatively small built. I can't turn around in shower without knocking on walls. I have to sit on toilet on an angle to avoid kissing the wall I was facing.Is it even legal? Or there is no regulations in Spain?The hot water tank over kitchen top has been leaking all the time. We used a salad bowl to catch dripping water, everyday. It also takes up half of the kitchen bench.Worst place we have ever stayed, we have been travelling far and wide.
