  : The location of the appartment is really close to the old town of Barcelona. The appartment is located in a small square with bars and all the windows are on a not trafficated street. The windows reduce completly the noise coming from the streets and bars and this is a great point in Spain. Around the appartment there is a small supermarket and also a bar for a breakfast or a dinner on the street. We found the appartment full equipped with what is necessary. The position is close to the barceloneta and the old town of Born. Around the flat, there is the big train station where you can take so many buses
  : There were some things that where damaged in the flat but we inform the proprety and she inform us for the great feedback and she provise to adjust/substitute after our permanence (didn't know if she will complete). Maybe something is to be rennovated, adjusted and repainted but the quality of the flat is great and on the line for Spain and for an appartment that maybe is constantly booked considering the position and affluence of Barcelona. I suggest to install a dishwasher to have a more confortable holiday and reduce constantly the use of water (problem nr 1 in Barcellona actually)

  : excellent location at El Bron, overlooking quaint square with eateries. Great atmosphere all around. Marta, the host, was very helpful and communicative, and even organised our early morning airport taxi. Great access through app, and elevator available. good bathroom. 2 toilets, a rarity in Europe.
  : Old and dated apartment, needs maintenance. Rooms have no natural light, making them dingy.

  : The position. The security. Two toilets.
  : Arriving to wet bedding and towels drying in the apartment there throughout our 4 night stay. No kettle as advertised. Limited hot water as not enough for four showers and washing dishes. Very dusty floors.( balls of fluff). No hot tub as advertised. Apartment needs refurbishing. Photos on booking.com must be very old and not up to date.
