  : The view from our accomodation was just lovely. We sat on our own private terrace and watched the wildlife and the scenery light changing and then the stars.

  : It is the location which is second to none. the timeless forested cliff you look out to with the wonderful private beach along the river. so close to Pont D'arc and the town too. it was great that we were able to book Kayaking through the lodge and they dropped us off and picked us up too. only small comment is that the staff and manager were hard to find sometimes but very attentive when you did.

  : Amazing location overlooking the gorge which is just 2 mins walk to their own beach. Kayaks going by and very quiet. Recommend ordering the large breakfast which was good choice and dinner can be ordered too. they can organise kayaking for you which is a must do. Just take repellant if the mosquitos like you. Great for dogs as our loved the balcony overlooking the gorge and swimming.
  : Mosquito spray for rooms or plug in devices would be a good idea and help as I got quite bitten

  : Amazing location with beautiful private beach. Accommodation was exactly as advertised, with a lovely view of the river.
  : Wouldve been better if the lodge had a fridge and maybe a fan for the warm summer months, it was difficult to get cool in the evenings.

  : Wonderful location on the banks of the river and super 'african safari lodge' type accommodation.
  : I am sorry to say but the staff and maitre d' were very unfriendly and insulting. On arrival I requested a key for the lock on our door and was told they did not need to be locked and important/valuable items etc be placed in my car overnight (which is in a carpark near the entrance some 30 yards from the bungalow). My questioning and displeasure was met with disdain. Not satisfactory. Then there was a confusion over the booking of a kayak for the next morning; I had booked some two weeks previous and there was a conversation with a waitress re the start timing which didn't suit my onward travel plans. To be able to meet those I said I needed to check with other providers but could I keep the booking open for now and confirm at dinner. This I was told would be Ok. When I returned at dinner to confirm the original booking I was told that I had cancelled earlier and it had now been filled by another party. There ensued a conversation with the maitre d' which was ended by her saying 'I could leave the establishment now or accept and she would serve me dinner' ! Next morning there was a further confrontation after we had accepted an offer from a neighbouring table to finish their breakfast offering if we wished - yoghurts and some fruit. On checking out I was told I had been rude and taken foodstuffs I was not entitled to. On explaining I was told this was typical of the English and on protesting and saying I was Irish she said 'even worse' (and no I am not making this up !) So such a shame that a beautiful place is managed so badly.

  : we had a problem with a blocked sink, which should have been picked up when the room was cleaned, also stupid basin size, to use it you ended up splashing water all over the floor

  : Nice quiet location. Meal we had in the evening was excellent. Parking was good.
  : Zero facilities in the room. No kettle, bar fridge, glasses or body wash. I don't know how you could stay more than one night.
