  : We were unable to check in an hour after check in time due to housekeeping issues. We ended up cancelling and we got to do that for free. The manager was awesome and very helpful

  : It was decent for a good price and the location was very accessible to all the main attractions without being in the heart of the city.
  : Our room had a fan/dehumidifier locked in a vent that made a lot of noise non stop and no one did anything about it.

  : The hotel is at a walkable distance (~30 minutes) from downtown, breakfast is included, nice staff ! The lady that checked us in at the front desk was very cheerful and was joking around with the others customers haha it’s nice to see how people seems more happier and cheerful in the southern states!!! I’m a French person currently working in the states and I travel on my free time! I came here for the week end with a friend for a girl trip and it didn’t disappoint. I had a very good experience during my stay (big room with a king bed, the breakfast was good and honestly the buffet had more options than most of the hotels I went to so far in America, with different fruits and food options) +++ free coffee and lemon infused water all day long

  : Rooms are nicely appointed. Complimentary breakfast is not the best quality, but it's good to have. There was free coffee during the day. There is a Publix supermarket next door with a great variety of goods.
  : The bathroom needs better cleaning, housekeeping. It's the small details that matter and unfortunately, I did not find my bathroom to be near as spotless. The air conditioning in the room is very strong. Even the lightest version is blasting the cold air. For European travelers, it is not that easy to set it to a moderate temperature. The room either gets very cold or hot quickly.
