  : The rooms are were basic, had what we needed, and well soundproofed from the air traffic. Staff at check in was very nice.
  : There was an arrangement to have breakfast to go bags ready for us, and there were none, so we waited for breakfast to open on our day of departure, and in doing so grabbed a couple of pre-packaged options (not appealing) and while we did, the shuttle driver left 4 minutes early on the 7am run. So, our family and another lady were stranded waiting for the next shuttle at 7:30am, not comfortable when you have made the plan, informed the desk, scheduled the service, only to watch them take the corner onto the street 4 minutes at 6:56am. I also didn't like that the A/C unit in the room STUNK. It smelled of sweaty BO and dirty pets. It was very hard for us to sleep in that stink. Change the filter, please!!!Some of the front desk staff totally ignored me when I said good morning on the day of departure. That's just rude. Later, they also argued with the other abandoned shuttle passenger about the shuttle leaving early. Come on, we all have phones and watches, we know what time it is.

  : I get to the hotel late at night because we were traveling and landed at the CLT airport and rather than driving to my 2 1/2-hour destination, we decided to book a room on the fly. I book through Expedia to then find out that they wouldn't honor my "Hilton Honor" points (which was a main reason for me booking with them in the first point) and on top of that, the lady then proceeds to explain that there would be a $10 parking fee because they shuttle certain customers to the airport, and they often leave their vehicles in their parking lot. This hotel was 14 mins. from the airport, why would you be charging that fee? I get being across the street, but this made no sense. At the very worst, then just charge this fee to the customers that will be using this service, not everyone. I would not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay.

  : The breakfast was excellent and the location is extremely convenient to the Charlotte Airport. The staff is friendly and attentive.
  : The only thing we didn’t like was paying for parking. This should be included in the room rate.

  : Breakfast starts too late. Small rooms. Uncomfortable pillows and bed. I checked in early, But staff kept walking in my room unannounced.
