  : The location is off from the busy city, but close to so many good things, such as restaurants, grocery stores, shopping outlet. The space is small but useful. The location is right in the water.
  : The street in needs to be paved. It is a one-car "road" leading to the tiny house resort. It is nothing but potholes and leaves. There was a full grown roach when we walked into the tiny house There wasn't any other evidence of roaches. Most likely it ran in while they were cleaning, but I don't do bugs. They have the plugins to keep pest out, but it is right by the water. The loft space was carpeted, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. There was water damage in the bathroom, and the sink drained extremely slow.
