  : I didn’t like the breakfast. It was undercooked
  : I wasn’t happy with the staff. They don’t want to work with us for a late check out after telling us the day before that it wouldn’t be a problem. The room that we stay in wasn’t clean. Dust and mold was in the bathroom and kitchen and over the headboard.

  : The thing I liked best about the hotel was the staff. They were extremely freindly and accommodating. The location was also excellent with many entertainment and eating options.
  : The cleanliness of the room was an issue. The room was great and spacious but the floors, bathroom and microwave was left really dirty from the previous guests. Other small thing seemed to be overlooked, not enough towels and no shampoo or soap in bottles

  : The room with a full kitchen and very comfortable beds and pillowcases with embroidered “firm” and “soft “. We’ve never seen that before. I loved the vegetable frittata for breakfast on Saturday. Never seen that before.
  : The coffeemaker wouldn’t drip so couldn’t have coffee. The shower body wash was empty and the shampoo watered down. We didn’t ask staff to fix those things since not too big of problem. The breakfast on Sunday ran out and we had to wait ten minutes for sausage and eggs. It was 8 am on Sunday and busier than 7 am on Saturday. My husband wasn’t a fan of the turkey bacon on Saturday breakfast.It was no fault of the hotel that the power went out at 8 pm Sunday due to bad weather. It was still out when we left at 9 am Monday so there was no breakfast or warm showers in the dark. It would have been nice if they would have given us a credit on the bill of maybe $25 that we paid for eating breakfast somewhere else.

  : Even though had a confirmation my room was not available when I checked in. Had to pay $50 more for a smaller room. They also only had 1 working elevator.

  : They do offer 24/7 shuttle to airport. Food was good when available. View in front of hotel beautiful.
  : I had requested a Mountain View and they did not get the request from booking .com. Ran out of breakfast supplies one day when order did not come in. Day staff not very friendly. Checked daily to upgrade room but no Mountain View room. Hotel looks older than it is. Long walk to elevators.
