  : The staff was nice
  : The beds were what felt cheap not hard and not soft, but worst of both quality carpet was dirty and sticking to feet, the shower didn't have the soap conditioner or shampoo was filled booth empty, I asked the front desk for the room to be cleaned and fill the empty things and what normal hotel stuff, do clean the room and make the bed, was told no problem. We left around 11 am, and got back around 4/5PM nonthing was done, I asked the front if someone did do it, they had said yes. So I'm not sure what happend there.

  : The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The location was great since we were going to Soldier Field. Staff were good.
  : I would have given hotel a better score but at end of our stay we ran into some difficulty. First we were not able to get a late check out, we’re told they weren’t giving any. Secondly, the elevators were not working properly. Only one was working. It was very very slow. We decided to walk the fourteen flight of stairs with our bags only to find out when we got to second floor we couldn’t find a way to get out. We met another person who was having the same problem. This person finally found a way out for us. We did call front desk and they were going to send security but hadn’t arrived by time we got out.My husband and I are 74 years old and this experience was a little freighting. I am also diabetic and hadn’t ate that morning since we missed bkfst.I reported the incident to the front desk and they were very apologetic and gave us some water.
